We’ve recently completed our Crawshay’s branding review and refresh, working alongside CREO, a Cardiff based design and creative agency. The new Crawshay’s Rugby Club logo above was the chosen design and replaces the numerous versions of the Crawshay’s Rugby Club logos that were in existence.

The new logo won the support of the committee, current players, commercial and marketing professionals in the sporting industry and won 75% of the vote on Twitter and Facebook. We had excellent feedback stating that the logo is unique, clear, bold and modern while reflecting the tradition and history of the Crawshay’s by retaining it’s iconic leek. The logo will appear on the Crawshay’s letterheads and will look great on kit, merchandise and will have a striking presence on social media.

We now move onto the new website which CREO have started the design work on. We have also very nearly finished digitising our playing and player records. All of our match results and player records were stored on various bits of paper in various people’s houses or in the archives in the Principality Stadium. It has taken around 12 months to digitise them and it will be one of the main features of the new website. We are really looking forward to seeing the end results and remembering who we toured with and seeing some of the pictures of the tours. As soon as the new website is up and running we will be in touch.
